The Quick Search function is a broad search facility which scans the entire biography page, except the Select Bibliography. To narrow or refine the search use Boolean Operators.
In the quick search results list and also on the biography page, the search term is highlighted in gold in the biography title, text, and in the description accompanying the portrait. In the biography page shown below, Gabb Joel was entered in the Quick Search box, so each term is marked up in gold.
